• Download the application form here. You may choose to download the form in either word or PDF Version.
• Fill in the application form.
• Pay application fee by depositing it to our Bank A/c
• Scan both the Completed Application form and Bank Deposit Slip
• Visit our Submission Page.
• Select Renewal on the application type field
• Fill in all the required fields and attach the above in the upload field provided.
• Click on Submit to submit the application online.
